What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you agree to any of our IT products or services. We also collect information when you enter into communication with us. The personal information we collect may include your name, address, email address, IP address, phone number or other personal information supplied by you.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to service support requests, process orders, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you.
We may need to forward your details on to third party suppliers/providers to service requests and fulfil orders. Examples would be application support (that you may already has an agreement with) and hardware/software distributors (that you may not). This information is typically used to provide the third party with a point of contact or delivery address.
In processing an order or service, we may also send your details to, and also use information from credit reference agencies and crime prevention agencies.
Upon service termination, non-statutory required data is deleted within 30 days of the termination date. A statutory example where data needs to be held for longer would be Financial data for both Limited Companies and Sole Traders would be kept for 6 years from the end of the last financial year.
Physical access to hosted systems is restricted to MFX Systems Ltd support staff only. Remote access to hosted systems is restricted to MFX Systems Ltd support staff only. Third party access is sometimes arranged for, and in conjunction with, the end customer; usually for the purpose of application support.
Some personal data, e.g. customer support tickets, may be held outside of the UK. Having reviewed our suppliers and partners we are assured that they offer sufficient guarantees that their services meet the technical and organizational requirements of GDPR.
If you agree, we shall pass on your personal information to our group of companies so that they may offer you their products and services. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your information to other members of the MFX Group.

MFX Systems Ltd will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside MFX Systems Ltd or its associated companies.
Access to your information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us at the following address. We may make a small charge for this service.
We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
